The paper addresses the current problem of a decrease in the level of physical fitness and insufficient motivation for physical education among students of secondary
vocational education (SVE). As an innovative solution, the paper proposes the introduction of spochan (chanbar sports) into the educational process as an effective means of physical education. The paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the features of spochan, develops models for its integration into the educational process of SVE, identifies the necessary conditions for the successful implementation of the program, and formulates the expected results.
The purpose of this article is to justify the potential of spochan as an effective tool that can not only improve the physical fitness of secondary vocational education students, but also create a stable internal motivation for physical education and sports. Additionally, the article proposes practical models for implementing spochan in secondary vocational education institutions. Methodology and methods the study used as a combination of complementary methods. An in-depth analysis of scientific and methodological literature on the problems of physical education in the secondary vocational education system was conducted. The history of the emergence and evolution of the rules and features of spochan as a sports discipline was studied.
The practical experience of introducing spochan into various educational institutions was summarized. The data on the forms of organizing spochan classes were systematized, and criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of its use in the educational process were developed. The main results of the study are that key problems hindering effective physical education in the secondary vocational education system have been identified, such as low physical training of students, weak value attitude towards health and prevalence of external motivation. The integration of spochan as an innovative sports discipline with traumatism safety, accessibility, inclusiveness and engaging format is proposed. Integration models include academic classes, extracurricular activities and mass events. Conditions of implementation: material and technical support, teacher training and inclusion of spochan in the curriculum. Performance indicators include attendance, participation in competitions, progress in passing standards, student satisfaction, and changes in values. The scientific novelty of the work is that it is the first to systematize data on the use of spichan in the secondary vocational education system. Comprehensive models have been developed to integrate spichan into the secondary vocational education process. The integrative potential of spichan as a means of promoting the physical, psychoemotional, and social development of students has been substantiated.
The practical significance lies in the fact that an innovative tool for modernizing physical education classes in secondary vocational education institutions has been proposed. Specific forms of organizing spochan classes have been presented, including educational, extracurricular, and mass events. Detailed recommendations have been provided for the material, technical, and personnel support of the program. Criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of introducing spochan into the educational process have been substantiated.
