Annotation
The article raises the current topic of inclusive (outside of organizations focused on the work of people with disabilities) employment of people with disabilities and persons with disabilities (HHP) — graduates of the secondary vocational education system. Factors that complicate it are identified, and the work of RUMC SVE and BPOO to create conditions for employment of this category of citizens is analyzed. The conclusion is drawn on the one hand, about the significant contribution of such organizations to solving the problem of employment of this category of citizens, on the other hand, about the need to overcome numerous social barriers and negative attitudes, which is possible only within the framework of progressive social progress. The purpose of the article is to summarize the experience of scientific research
on the problem of employment and social adaptation of disabled people and persons with disabilities in the vocational education system, to highlight the factors influencing this process, to consider in their context the activities of specialized organizations RUMC and BPOO. Methodology and methods: analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature; analysis of the functioning of educational organizations, empirical analysis. The main results of the study. The main factors influencing the employment and social adaptation of disabled people and citizens with disabilities in the vocational education system were identified, the activities of specialized organizations were reviewed and analyzed taking these factors into account. Scientific novelty. The activities of the RUMC SVE and BPOO are comprehensively analyzed from the point of view of organizing employment and social adaptation of disabled people and citizens with disabilities studying in the SVE system. Practical relevance: the results of scientific work can be used when organizing work with this category of citizens in professional educational organizations, specialized organizations, and at employer enterprises.
