Annotation

The article discusses the legal sources governing public administration in the field of education in the Russian Federation. The purpose of the article is to consider the legal sources governing public administration in the field of education in the Russian Federation. Methodology and methods: analysis, synthesis, description, classification, private scientific methods, comparative law method. The main results of the study. The article analyzes the legal framework of public administration in the field of education in the Russian Federation. Scientific novelty of the research. The article is a comprehensive, systematic study of the legal aspects of public administration in the field of education as a strategic direction of activity. Practical significance of the study is that its results make it possible to enrich the content of the conceptual provisions governing administrative relations that arise in the process of public administration in the field of education.
