Annotation

The article reveals the issues of updating the professional training of future teachers. The authors analyzed the historical prerequisites and methodological foundations of modernization of secondary vocational pedagogical education. Special attention is paid to the issues of continuity of practice-oriented training of specialists at the level of pedagogical college and university in accordance with the request of society and the state. The purpose of the article is to analyze and compare historical prerequisites with the modern practice of teacher training, as well as to broadcast the experience of implementing certain areas of work to improve the system of professional pedagogical education in the context of the introduction of the Core of SРРО. Methodology and methods. The methodological basis of the work is the research of K. D. Ushinsky, A. I. Piskunov, E. I. Purgina. The authors used the following methods: retrospective analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature, system-functional analysis of pedagogical experience on updating approaches to professional training of future teachers, modeling of the content and organization of training of specialists in pedagogical colleges. The main results of the study are revealed in the proposed directions of development of professional educational organizations in terms of the introduction of the Core of the SPРO. Scientific novelty. The elements of the model of professional training of college graduates in the conditions of synchronization of programs of higher and secondary pedagogical education are proposed. Practical significance. The presented analysis of the methodological foundations of professional pedagogical education can be useful in research activities; the proposed ways of updating the content and organizing the training of future teachers can be used in designing a model for improving the work of the college in the conditions of the introduction of the Core of the SРРО.
