Annotation

The article considers the approaches of K. D. Ushinsky to pedagogy as a science and art. The ideas of Konstantin Dmitrievich on the training of teachers, taking into account the principle of natural conformity with the obligatory study of anthropological sciences and mastering the art of practical teaching, are described. The role of patriotism and nationality in the education of future generations is indicated. Parallels are drawn between the ideas of K. D. Ushinsky and the system of training future teachers in the Rybinsk Vocational and Pedagogical College. The purpose of the article is to draw a parallel between the ideas of K. D. Ushinsky and the system of training future teachers in a modern college. Methodology and methods. The methodological basis of the article is the works of K. D. Ushinsky. Methods: analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature, comparison, generalization. The main results of the study. The authors analyzed the ideas of K. D. Ushinsky used in the system of training future teachers in the Rybinsk Vocational Pedagogical College. The conclusion is made about the relevance of Konstantin Dmitrievich’s ideas in the training of modern teachers and about his significant contribution to the modern multi-level system of teacher training in Russia. Scientific novelty. The ideas of K. D. Ushinsky used in the training of future teachers in the system of secondary vocational education are considered. Practical significance. The results of the study on the relevance and relevance of the pedagogical ideas of K. D. Ushinsky in modern society can be used in the development of future teachers, as well as the activities of all specialists who are associated with pedagogy and who are interested in the actual and humanistic model of personal and professional development.
