On the issue of updating the legacy of K. D. Ushinsky in the training of a modern teacher

Annotation

The article discusses the main pedagogical ideas of the great Russian teacher, the founder of Russian pedagogy Konstantin Dmitrievich Ushinsky. The relevance of the pedagogical ideas of the classic in modern society is substantiated. Special attention is paid to the idea of moral education, which is the core in the formation of patriotic feelings and qualities of the younger generation Purpose. The purpose of the article is share the experience of applying the main pedagogical ideas of K. D. Ushinsky in modern society in the course of organizing the educational process at the stage of theoretical and practical training of future teachers in the system of secondary vocational education based on the identified characteristics of the idea of forming patriotic feelings and qualities of the younger generation. Methodology and methods. The methodological basis of the article is the works of A. Ya. Danilyuk, P. A. Lebedev, A. A. Serov. Methods: retrospective analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature; system-functional analysis of pedagogical experience. The main results of the study. The semantic content of the pedagogical ideas of the classic in modern society is revealed, special attention is paid to the idea of moral education, which is the core in the formation of patriotic feelings and qualities of future primary school teachers. Scientific novelty. The essence of the ideas of the pedagogical heritage of K. D. Ushinsky, the relevance of the application in the educational process of the idea of K. D. Ushinsky in the process of training future teachers at the present stage. Practical relevance. The presented approach to the application of the ideas of the historical formation and development of pedagogical science and practice in the course of organizing the educational process in the system of secondary vocational education served as the basis for organizing the educational process (mastering interdisciplinary courses and practice), including for purposefully organized monitoring of the formation of the readiness of mid-level specialists to implementation of professional activities.
