Professional internships of teachers of secondary vocational education on the example of the KGKP «Almaty College of Printing»: theoretical and organizational aspect

Annotation

The article examines the problems of professional development of a teacher of secondary vocational education, including based on the requirements of the legislation of Russia and Kazakhstan, it is concluded that an effective form of professional development is a professional internship. for the organization and implementation of which the Almaty College of Printing has developed and implements a three-level model that ensures the improvement and maintenance of the qualifications of teachers of professional disciplines based not only on the capabilities and competencies of printing enterprises of the republic, but also using the potential of leading global companies. The purpose of the article is to clarify the content of the concept of «professional development of a teacher of secondary vocational education», compare the regulatory framework for its organization in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan, develop and test a model for organizing and conducting professional internships as one of the effective forms of professional development. Methodology and methods: analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature, comparative analysis of the regulatory framework of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation; analysis of the functioning of educational organizations, empirical analysis. The main results of the study: the content of the concept of «professional development of a teacher of secondary vocational education» has been clarified, the features of regulatory regulation of this activity in two countries have been identified, a model for organizing and conducting professional internships has been developed and tested. Scientific novelty of the research: the content of the concept of «professional development of a teacher of secondary vocational education» is clarified, a model of professional internship of a professional educational organization of publishing and printing profile is developed and tested, its levels are highlighted. Practical significance. The developed materials can be used by professional educational organizations of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan in planning and implementing professional development programs for teaching staff, including in the form of internships.
