Annotation
This article presents the author’s approach to the problem of pedagogical management of conflicts in educational organizations using the example of a secondary
vocational education organization. The purpose of the article is to study the possibility of using the didactic potential of conflict. The author uses theoretical methods of analyzing the scientific and pedagogical literature and synthesizing the data obtained, as well as a description of the practical experience of the Moscow Technical School of Creative Industries named after L. B. Krasin.
The author proposes three rules of pedagogical conflict management: 1) recognition of conflict as a development resource, 2) creation of didactic conditions for systematic use of conflicts, 3) application of proportionate pedagogical punishment for destructive behavior.
The scientific novelty of the work lies in considering conflict as a pedagogical tool for the formation of values, systemic thinking, subordination skills, and soft skills of students.
The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the presented approach to conflict management in secondary vocational education, which can ensure more effective preparation of graduates for future employment.
