Annotation

The article presents the results of a study conducted within the initiative project of the Moscow State Pedagogical University. The study was aimed at identifying differences in ideas about cooperation between parents (legal representatives) of students and teachers of an educational organization. The author considers a typical high school situation when there are problems with the behavior of students. Under these conditions, the joint efforts of teachers and parents of the student are necessary. But such cooperation is not always possible to build. There are many reasons for this, and the author of the article sees one of such reasons as the different understanding and vision of the parties of this cooperation. The author examines five aspects of the views of the parties on such cooperation. On some sides, they are quite unanimous and coincide. And in some respects, their positions are radically different. According to the authors, these discrepancies underlie the difficulties that arise in building such cooperation between educational organizations and parents of students. The purpose of the article is to reveal the key contradictions that arise when building the interaction of educational organizations with parents (legal representatives) of high school students characterized by behavioral problems. The work was carried out in the methodology of developmental and educational psychology. The principles of scientific understanding are used in the cultural-historical approach. In the empirical part of the study, questionnaires and statistical feedback of the results of the study are used. The article reflects the results of a study of psychological problems faced by modern high school. The author offers his own approach to understanding and defining these difficulties. The results obtained during the study can be used to make adjustments to the strategy of educational organizations to build interaction with parents (legal representatives) of students. In addition, the data obtained may be important for determining the trajectory of the professional training of teachers for such interaction.
