Annotation
The article examines the functional state of the cognitive resource of students with a disorder of body functions characterizing persistent health disorders using a computerized diagnostic complex of cognitive processes in the direction of identifying the effectiveness of predicting the implementation of functional duties by an employee with a disability in the workplace, determining the effectiveness of labor activity and competitiveness in the labor market. Possible limitations of cognitive processes of students with disabilities receiving secondary vocational education are described. The applied value of the studied problem can be determined by the spheres of education and work, including the research and implementation of a rehabilitation or habilitation system by means of accessing cognitive resources in the training of professionals with disabilities and the performance of work functions by disabled people. Purpose. The article is to present the development of measurement and prognostic evaluation of the functional effectiveness of a cognitive resource when performing work functions by disabled people with the possibility of social protection. Methodology and methods. A computerized diagnostic complex for the study of the actual assessment of the cognitive process for the current period of time from the standpoint of a structural-integrative approach to assessing the functional states of a working specialist. The main results of the study. The characteristic limitations of the cognitive resource of students with disabilities are revealed. A cognitive resource can interact with various connections in a system of mental means leading to the realization of a certain goal, which in turn can be applied to the requirement to create special jobs, taking into account the specifics of the cognitive functioning of professionals with disabilities. Scientific novelty. The paper presents the development of a functional assessment of a cognitive resource that allows predicting the effectiveness of solving cognitive tasks and using a system of mental tools in the training of professionals with disabilities and the performance of work functions by disabled people. Practical significance. The studied problem can be used in the system of rehabilitation technologies, preventive methods of prevention, as well as in the fields of education and labor for the possibility of maintaining the functional state of a cognitive resource in the training of professionals with disabilities.
