Annotation
The relevance of studying the experience of mentoring is justified by the trends of modern education related to the training of young professionals as a continuous process of interaction of all its participants at different levels. Mentoring, as a model of building relationships in vocational education and training, is a technology of intensive personal development, transfer of experience and knowledge, formation of skills, competencies and values. The purpose of the article is to determine the state of the mentoring movement in ISPO. Methodology and methods. The research uses such methods as the study and analysis of scientific literature, generalization and analysis of pedagogical experience, as well as methods of practical research related to the development, adaptation of questionnaires for various forms of mentoring and further processing and interpretation of the results of the questionnaire. The main results of the study. The article discusses the issues of mentoring in ISPO, presents an analysis of the results of monitoring various forms of mentoring («student – student», «university student – college student», «employer – student»), allowing to assess
the impact of mentoring on the formation of professional and personal qualities of future specialists, their level of expectations and claims associated with the role of mentor, and in general, on the quality of training of future specialists of preschool education. Scientific novelty of the research. A model of mentoring in SPO based on monitoring the state of the mentoring movement in ISPO is described. Practical significance. The materials of the article can be useful to teachers of secondary
vocational education, methodologists, group practice managers, employers of preschool educational institutions for the organization of practice-oriented training of students of secondary vocational education. The results of the study are of interest for further development of the mentoring model and its implementation in ISPO.
