Annotation
The article discusses the key aspects of creating an inclusive educational environment in professional educational organizations of the subjects of the Russian Federation
for persons with disabilities and disabilities to receive secondary vocational education. The algorithm for creating all components of an inclusive educational environment in professional educational organizations is revealed, ensuring the availability of training programs for middle-level specialists, skilled workers and employees created for students with disabilities and HIA in the subjects of the Russian Federation. The measures are described, the implementation of which in colleges (technical schools) of the subjects of the Russian Federation will ensure the consistency and consistency of the design and implementation of special conditions for inclusive secondary vocational education. The components included in the inclusive educational environment are described: the subject-spatial component; the information component; the organizational and managerial component; the program-methodical (technological) component; the social (community relations) component. The possibilities of adapting each of the components to the needs and characteristics of persons with disabilities and disabilities are considered, which ensures the systematic organization of accessibility of the educational environment of professional organizations for students of various nosological groups. The purpose of the article is to familiarize readers with the problems of creating an inclusive educational environment in colleges (technical schools). Methodology and methods. A systematic approach to designing special conditions for an inclusive educational environment. The main results of the study. An algorithm and a list of measures aimed at designing and implementing special conditions for inclusive secondary vocational education are shown. Scientific novelty. Information about the design of an inclusive educational environment is presented for the first time. Practical significance. The sequence of events (algorithm) can be used by practitioners.
