Annotation

The article discusses the issues of improving competencies in the design of educational programs, reveals the concept of «educational outcomes» in the context of the implementation of a competency-based approach to the training of teaching staff. Since the educational programs of secondary vocational pedagogical education and higher education are characterized as successive, the set educational results can be considered as an integral unity of competencies and labor functions, distributed over the levels of pedagogical education in the form of stages for achieving the given educational results. In this connection, the article describes the tools for achieving educational results in the design of successive educational programs for the training of teaching staff in the system of secondary vocational education. The purpose. The article presents a description of the directions of new models of educational results in the design of the educational program of secondary vocational education based on the continuity of secondary vocational and higher education. The methodological basis of the article is the works of A. V. Khutorsky, B. V. Avvo, A. G. Bermus, M. N. Gladkov, O. I. Vaganova and others about the competence-based approach in education and educational outcomes. The study used such methods as the study and analysis of scientific literature, generalization and analysis of pedagogical experience. The main results of the study.
