Annotation
The article examines the problems of forming a legal culture among college students in the context of the processes of socialization and personality development of future mid-level specialists. The work highlights the criteria that determine the formation of legal culture. Particular attention is paid to aspects of educational work aimed at increasing the professional awareness of the individual, which should combine different types of activities in the work of an educational organization to develop the legal culture of students. The purpose of the article is to describe a model for the formation of the legal culture of students in the secondary vocational education system in the process of implementing legal education in college. Methodology and methods: study and analysis of regulatory documents, scientific literature, synthesis, generalization, study of work practices in organizations of secondary vocational education. The main results of the study. The theoretical and methodological foundations
of the model for the formation of legal culture among students in the secondary vocational education system in the process of implementing legal education in college have been developed. The scientific novelty lies in the generalization and addition of the scientific and methodological foundations for the formation of legal culture in the process of educational work with college students. The practical relevance of the article lies in the fact that the developed model and methodological recommendations for it can be used by practicing teachers in organizing educational work with college students.
