The educational environment of the music college and its impact on the quality of training of future cultural workers

Annotation

The educational environment of any educational institution is a complex system of interaction of various factors that ultimately affect the level of development of the educational program and the formation of the graduate’s personality. The educational environment is of particular importance for educational institutions of culture, in particular, music colleges, whose students must reach a certain cultural level in the learning process and become its bearers. The paper describes the environmental factors that are characteristic of the Russian music college, describes the problems typical of educational institutions of this type, and formulates the conditions under which the educational environment of the music college will fully contribute to the teaching of a professional and the upbringing of a person of culture The purpose of the article is to clarify the content of the concept of «Educational environment of a music college», to identify its components, to formulate the main approaches to the organization of the educational process in a music college. Methodology and methods: analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature; analysis of the functioning of educational organizations, empirical analysis. The main results of the study: it was revealed that the content of the concept of «Educational environment of a music college» includes three components: environmental, didactic and socio-cultural, their content is determined, the basic principles of the organization of the educational process taking into account the educational environment of a music college are revealed. Scientific novelty. The educational environment of the music college is allocated into a separate category its differences and components are determined. Practical relevance. The materials of the article can be used in the work of music colleges in determining the factors of the educational environment that affect the quality of graduate training.
