Annotation

The article is focused on the current approaches to the organization of the vocational training in the context of orientation to the individualization of the educational process as a crucial strategic direction for renewal the basis of professional training for future teachers at the level of secondary vocational education. The authors reveal the path of consistent development of the professional competence in the sphere of the vocational training for middle-level specialists mastering the specialty 44.02.02 Primary school teaching and show different options for changing the support level by teachers and mentors in the direction of increasing the future teachers’ independence by the fulfillment of the list of proposed tasks and gaining experience in reflexive activity. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to translate the experience of organizing the practice of trial lessons to individualize the educational process at a modern college. Methodology and methods. The methodological basis of the article is the works of T. V. Burlakova, L. V. Lvov, Е. V. and V. L. Neumoeva-Kolchedanceva. Methods: retrospective analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature; system-functional analysis of pedagogical experience in the organization of practice, modeling of practical professional training of future teachers. The main results of the study. The main result of the study is the review of the approaches for the vocation training as a possible way to individualize the educational process for mid-level specialists by the process of mastering professional competence, changing the level of support from the teacher with a tendency to increase the share of students’ independence, to gain experience in reflexive activity and evaluate the achievements of future teachers during the he practice of trial lessons. Scientific novelty. The main novelty of the study is to project the way of the organization of the vocational training with the prospect of increasing the degree of independence of the students through the successive stages of training. Practical relevance. The presented approach to the project development and organization of the practice from the point of individualization of the educational process in the system of secondary vocational education (the development of interdisciplinary courses and training).
