On the projective approach to training pedagogical staff in secondary vocational education

Annotation

The article reveals theoretical and methodological aspects of the projective approach in the training of teaching staff in the system of secondary vocational education (SPE). The purpose of the article: to identify and describe different aspects of the projective approach in the training of pedagogical staff in the conditions of the system of secondary vocational education. Methodology and methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison, concretization, classification, generalization and analysis of pedagogical experience. The methodological basis of the research is the theory of projective education and structural-system approach to the analysis and consideration of issues related to the training of pedagogical staff at the level of SPE. The main results of the study. The paper reveals the problems and prospects of training future specialists in the education system in conditions of SPE on the basis of projective approach, the ways of projective approach application in various organizational and methodological aspects of educational process realization in SPE are indicated. It is shown that the realization of the project approach in SPE is possible with a combination of different forms of work with students to ensure the construction of their individual educational route based on the developing educational and professional project idea (series of ideas). Scientific novelty. Based on the analysis of the works of Russian and foreign researchers, as well as practical pedagogical experience, the paper identifies and describes the aspects of using the projective approach in teacher training in the system of secondary vocational education. Practical relevance. The system of aspects of the projective approach in teacher training proposed by the author provides an opportunity to design its application in the conditions f the system of secondary vocational education.
