Annotation

The article describes some aspects of the development of modern secondary vocational education (SVE) facing conditions of uncertainty and variability in the socioeconomic, technological and industrial environment. The purpose of the article is to describe effective approaches and directions for the development of an educational organization of secondary vocational education, ensuring successful adaptation to changes in the labor market of both the organization itself and young specialists — graduates of the secondary vocational education system. Methodology and methods: analysis, specification, generalization. Main results of the study. Ways to update the content of educational programs and provide students with ample opportunities to form social and professional experience have been developed and described. Scientific novelty. The work formulates approaches that provide conditions for effective training in conditions of uncertainty; it is important that professional educational organizations can quickly respond to changes and flexibly adjust educational processes. Practical significance. Practice of the Moscow College of Creative Industries named after L. B. Krasin, accumulated over more than ten years, allows us to summarize successful solutions that are generally applicable for professional educational organizations, which allow students to develop flexibility of thinking, the ability to self-learn and set tasks, as well as develop universal competencies, which increases their professional effectiveness in uncertainty.
